Dr.Ming: Hello, I am Zhongxing Ming，CEO and Co-founder of Blockcloud. I have a doctorate in computer science from Tsinghua University and a post doctorate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and was also a visiting scholar to Princeton University. Besides that, I am the Member of Blockchain Special Committee of China Computer Federation and Shenzhen High-Level Overseas Expert.
Blockcast.cc: Can you share us more about Blockcloud? And what is the main objective of your project.
Dr.Ming: Blockcloud aims to reinvent the roads on which modern applications drive on. It is a blockchain-based advanced TCP/IP that improves and upgrades the existing Internet. Combining the advantages of blockchain and Future Internet technology, it reconstructs the technology layers below where current blockchain networks and Internet applications operate. Blockcloud serves as the “building block” to provide constant connectivity for dynamic networks. It will provide better mobility, credibility, incentives, security, fairness, and scalability to upper-layer applications.
Blockcast.cc: What are your views on the current crypto and blockchain market?
Dr.Ming: Throughout the history of the Internet industry, every breakthrough innovation will bring new opportunities worth trillion, such as web, mobile internet and artificial intelligence etc. I believe that the development of blockchain technology will certainly bring new market opportunities of trillion level market. And more opportunities will be seen in the field of that combines with traditional industries, thus it will bring market opportunities worth trillion to the traditional industries.
