(6 January 2019, China, Hangzhou) The Global Blockchain Leadership Summit (GBLS) was held in Hangzhou. The event has over 1,000 global blockchain industry leaders, 2,000 media, 3,000 companies and institutions to witness the blockchain event of the year. This is the largest blockchain industry leader summit in China of its kind, which gathers high-quality companies, projects, leaders and technology developers at the global level. This year, The GBLS Most Valuable Community Award has many contenders. There are more than 100 participating communities and of which, many are very well-known communities with wider reach and fans based. The organiser took more than two months using public voting and together with professional judges’ ratings to rate the communities. The award is then given to the community with the highest number of votes.

GBLS is known as the “King”of blockchain conferences in China. At the opening ceremony, Vice Mayor Ma Pinfang of Hangzhou Xihu District delivered an important speech for the blockchain and technology industry.
