[Blockchain Today Correspondent Han Ji-hye] As the price of bitcoin fell rapidly, the third-largest whale started buying more bitcoins again.

One of the largest bitcoin whales bought more than 200 coins for $62,000 shortly after selling 1,500 bitcoins for $67,500, according to a Cryptopotato report on the 16th (local time). The purchase came amid a massive correction in assets.

An analyst at CryptoQuant, a South Korean cryptocurrency data analysis company, summarized that the anonymous Bitcoin whale is accumulating Bitcoin again. Whales have been quite active in reacting to cryptocurrency price movements. The most recent example of this occurred earlier this month when it sold 1,500 bitcoins for $67,500.

As assets began to reverse the next day, Bitcoin Whale bought 1,123 tokens on Nov. 12 at an average price of just under $64,200. On the morning of the 16th, they bought 207 bitcoins at $62,000 for a total of $12.8 million.

According to Venture Founder, the whale currently holds at least 108,528 bitcoins, which equates to $4.7 billion in un-cash revenue.
