â—‡Please briefly introduce yourself and explain anyverses.
Good morning. My name is Gyeongha Kim, Founder and CEO of Anyverse. We have deployed several IP businesses, including Disney, Sanrio, and TubaN. In addition, he has over 25 years of experience in merchandising, production and distribution, and has built a variety of other business models. Anyverse is a’content theme park platform’ that combines real IP business and blockchain technology. Starting with animation IP through the Anyverse platform, we plan to build a global user pool that produces and distributes content to the world by using IP in various fields, step by step.
Anyverse has a strong IP infrastructure and network. Aniverse’s representative IP Lava has 9 million YouTube subscribers, recorded a cumulative 8 billion video views, and a whopping 60 billion views on the Chinese video platform. In addition, the scale of social media promotion reaches 630 million, and the Lava series is being aired in 196 countries through Netflix and various distributors. Anyverse is developing various businesses using these IP licensing partners and business networks.
â—‡Please describe your existing business.
Anyverse has been developing the One Source Multi Use (OSMU) business based on IP. We intend to secure various global customers by combining the use of ANVs in the 7 business areas we have been doing. The business areas of Anyverse are as follows.
1. IP Licensing: On Anyverse platform, it is possible to more easily and transparently develop IP licensing business between IP holders, content producers, and various individuals/companies.
2. NFT: Issue Anyverse NFT to register on the marketplace and allow consumers to own and trade digital content NFTs.
3. Contents: We develop various content businesses such as images, movies, webtoons, and music using our own IP.
4. Merchandising: In the Anyverse ecosystem, product planning, production, distribution, and sales can be carried out at once using open sources.
5. IP Finance: You can participate in IP production funding that is transparently conducted through the blockchain.
6. Entertainment: Expand business to fields such as games, education, and healthcare by using user-friendly IP.
7. Big Data: Distributing more quality content and products with activity data within the Anyverse ecosystem, and maximizing the promotion and sales of IP business through precise targeting using data.
â—‡What is the motive for issuing coins in the ecosystem of content theme parks?
There are two main reasons for issuing Anyverse (ANV) tokens. The first is to lower the barriers to entry for global IP business. Existing IP and content businesses are disadvantageous to IP producers due to difficulties in accessing the global market and transparent profit distribution. In the IP licensing business, it is difficult for manufacturers to determine accurate production and sales, so it is difficult to settle accurate sales. In the case of overseas distribution, access to the global market is almost impossible without going through an intermediate agent.
The Anyverse (ANV) token is used as a key currency for service contracts, payments, and settlement, as well as all businesses in the Anyverse ecosystem. In the Anyverse ecosystem, we want to reduce unnecessary content distribution costs and utilize the transparency of the blockchain to complement the opacity of contract fulfillment and settlement that IP makers have already experienced.
Second, Anyverse intends to increase accessibility to IP investment around the world through the Anyverse (ANV) token. Production costs of 2 to 3 billion won are required to produce a series of animations. It is a scale with risks for small and medium-sized manufacturers. In the Anyverse ecosystem, IP creators can more easily receive investment from users and viewers around the world through blockchain crowdfunding. In the transparent Anyverse ecosystem, production companies can significantly reduce content production and distribution costs and ensure transparent profit distribution.

Anyverse aims to realize a more mature IP market by solving the intrinsic problems of IP business and increasing access to IP contracts and investments through blockchain. In addition, we are not limited to animation IP, but will continue to expand Anyverse’s network by collaborating with IP in various fields such as entertainment and sports.
â—‡What is different from other blockchain platforms and what is the greatest strength?
NFT and metaverse blasts are blowing in the blockchain market, and related projects have sprung up, but there are not many projects based on strong content and IP. Anyverse is planning an IP financial service that anyone can easily access, starting with the launch of the NFT commemorating the 10th anniversary of the animation’Lava’. In addition, we plan to use Aniverse’s global network in 196 countries and 9 million user pools to ensure that Anyverse NFT can settle in the global market.
â—‡NFT is called the’mega keyword’ of this year’s blockchain market. Do you have any plans for a project in this regard?
Anyverse plans to enter the NFT trading market in stages. First, we want to release NFT contents commemorating the 10th anniversary of Lava in the first half of this year. In addition, we plan to build our own NFT marketplace to display various NFT contents such as Lava, and allow users to purchase directly. At this time, the key currency used for NFT transactions is Anyverse (ANV) token.
â—‡If you have a project you are planning in the future
Anyverse is planning an NFT financial service model. We are developing a business model that allows people with NFTs to borrow money using the NFT as collateral. Based on decentralized DeFi, we want to activate NFT transactions and build an environment where creators can generate revenue whenever NFT content is sold. In addition, we plan to construct Aniverse’s unique metaverse worldview by organically organizing NFT, content, social network service (SNS), and virtual reality (VR) using Anyverse IP. Users can generate revenue by implementing and consuming their own content in Anyverse’s virtual space.

Anyverse was listed on Bithumb, the largest exchange in Korea in January of this year, and has been steadily developing its business. However, there are still many things we want to achieve. Through the commercialization of content on the blockchain, we want to pioneer the still barren blockchain IP financial market, and lead an ecosystem where ordinary people can easily access content transactions.
