At this time, we do not accept any individuals outside of Ryerson University, however, we are working on this. Please check-in with us in 2020.

**Please note that laptops are issued on a first-come-first serve basis. In the event that attendees exceed available laptops, attendees will be expected to use their own laptops to download the content/software. We always recommend that you bring a laptop with you to any registered Bootcamp.**

If you are interested in attending a specific Bootcamps but do not see an applicable ticket type, please email us at trsmbootcamps@ryerson.ca

**SIGN UP SHOW UP POLICY**

This policy targets students who are consistently signing up for Bootcamps and not attending them.

Kindly note that if you have SIGNED UP, the expectation is that you SHOW UP. All students who sign up for a Bootcamp and do not show up without cancelling their ticket, will be placed on a “no-show” list. There is a three-strike system that will be put into place; starting January 1st, 2020 onwards.

If you are unable to attend the Bootcamp you are signed up for, you must cancel your ticket by going back into Eventbrite and doing so at least 24-hours in advance. You will receive a warning for any two missed Bootcamps where your Eventbrite ticket was not cancelled. After two strikes have been accumulated, the Bootcamp Team will contact you to discuss your absence.

We are putting this policy in place given the high demand of Bootcamps and long waiting lists of students who want to attend but are unable to do so due to a consistent number of no-shows
