According to reports, Anthony Di Iorio, who participated in the development of Ethereum, is quite familiar with Polygon founder Gavin Wood and Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson. He joined the Ethereum team after meeting Vitalik Butein at a Bitcoin conference nine years ago, and later founded a Toronto-based blockchain company called Decentral.

◇Why Anthony Di Irorio is passionate about DOT and ADA

In a recent interview with Anthony Popliano, co-founder of Morgan Creek Digital, he revealed the reason for his interest in Polkadot and Cardano after being asked about his cryptocurrency portfolio. After revealing his involvement in several ongoing projects, he praised Hawkinson and Wood for helping them with Ethereum, Butane, and several other developers.

“I am involved in several projects, but most of my investment is focused on top projects. I am a big fan of Polkadot and a big fan of Cardano. I am a big fan of Charles. “Depending on how you do it, you take a few different approaches. Those approaches bring so much more academically. And I’m really passionate about Gavin Wood.”

“I knew these people when I was on Ethereum, and I knew their competitive edge, so the project has been possible for the past few years, and I know they will do well wherever they go,” he added.

Anthony Di Iorio also mentioned other altcoins he owns.

“Most of our portfolio holdings are in a few key assets: Ethereum, Bitcoin, Cardano, and Polkadot. “I also like Cosmos,” he said. “And there are a few other coins, but I’m not into all DeFi (Decentralized Finance) fields. You think you don’t have enough time and not enough energy. “I have a lot of these things running all the time and I have to devote all of my time to staying in top shape, which has greatly simplified my life over the years.

◇Two of the most promising projects in the cryptocurrency world

Today, the Polkadot and Cardano networks are the most popular networks when considering blockchain innovation.

Their native currencies, DOT and ADA, were all developed during the recent cryptocurrency crash. Polkadot recently announced an auction for its first parallel chain (or parachain), and Cardano is reaching several milestones in 2021 and continues to introduce new features.
