1) Thank you for coming by to Asia Blockchain Community. Can you kindly give an introduction of yourself, followed by the core members of your team?

Hello, my name is Jonathan DeLucia, I’m the CTO on this project, I have a BA in Networking and communication management and an MBA in Business Administration.
What can I say I love VIDEO GAMES and when I was approached to help with this project I fell in love with it right away. Remembering Medabots from my childhood gave me a deep connection and I was hooked! I’m glad to call Medabots X Medacoin my home.

2) What is Medabots? What is Medacoin? Tell us about your mission.

Medabots is a worldwide known brand /IP with millions of fans all over the world. It has been around since it first aired in 1997. Kevin Comandra acquired the Medabots IP in 2018 and started development right away on the mobile game, that game will launch this Christmas Holliday season.

Medacoin is the in-game currency for all of the Medabot games. You can use Medacoin to buy NFT’s in the Medabots NFT Marketplace, these NFT’s will interact with the game itself as well as collectables to grow your collection. You can also purchase in-game items such as skins, battle passes, Medaparts, Medapets, etc

Our Mission is to build out the brand across all platforms: Movies, tv shows, Console games(cross-platform) Merchandise, etc. We want everyone in the world to know who Medabots x Medacoin is and why we are going to be the biggest gaming brand on the market.

3) Can you share with us your marketing plans for Q4?

Q4 Marketing is going to be INSANE!!! I can’t go too much into detail but we are in discussion with a lot of top tier gaming influencers/ streamers. We are currently modelling some celebrity characters that will be available in the game.

4) What is your development roadmap like? What products should we be looking out for?

The NFT Marketplace has already started production on track for the Q4 release before the mobile game launches.

Q1-3 2022 Console game development
Q4 – 2022 Launch console game w/ crossplay

5) Please share with us what other revenue streams do you have apart from those generated from the tokenomics.

We have a variety of revenue streams available on this project.
a. NFT Marketplace (Buy/Sell Medabots NFTS)
b. In-game purchases using Medicoin for items, skins, battle passes, etc.
c. Medapets, Going into battle with a cute little robot pet.
d. Merchandising
e. Possible Movie/Tv shows

6) What are your plans for listing? Lately, I am seeing projects avoiding CEXes. What is your take on this?

We just listed on Lbank yesterday. It is a CEX which is completely fine with us, we have our eyes set on two much bigger exchanges in the future. Its best to go on exchanges that are going to be the most impactful on the project and the investors. When we chose LBank we strategically pick this listing because it is a tier 1 exchange and in the Asian market. Medabots was initially huge in Japan and all over Asia.

7) China and South Korea are big in gaming. What are your plans in expanding into those countries?

We are working with a few advisors in those markets. It is essential we penetrate those markets and spread the word about Medabots X Medacoin.

8) Is it possible to share with us some partnerships that you have forged?

We have a lot of ongoing discussions right now with some very big partnerships. I can’t disclose any of them at this time due to NDA’s and legal requirements. As soon as we lock a few of these deals down we can share them with the community as we always do. One thing I would say is we always deliver and if we make mistakes we own them.

9) BNB has dipped a bit. To me, it is still optimistic overall. Since you are on Binance Smart Chain, what is your outlook like?

BNB will always fluctuate up and down. No matter the price we will always put our investors first. Our outlook is very bright 🙂
