‘Item Bus’, which is developing Korea’s standard K-NFT (non-replaceable token), has joined forces with the Japan Blockchain Contents Association.
Item Bus announced on the 5th that it has signed an agreement with the Japan Blockchain Contents Association, which is developing Japan’s NFT standard’Oct Pass’, to link the NFT standard.
ItemBus explained that K-NFT will take one step closer to international standards by serving Korean and Japanese NFT contents on ItemBus and Oct-Pass platforms.
An Item Bus official said, “This business agreement for linking NFT standards between Korea and Japan is expected to play a big role in the blockchain NFT market in the future.” I will try harder to achieve this.”
NFT is a term that means’non-replaceable token’. When this is applied to a game item, a separate unique number is applied to the item, and it is classified as a single product. Previously, when the game disappeared, the item disappeared together, but after NFTization, it remains on the blockchain network and can be used in other blockchain games after being recognized for its ownership.
Item Bus, which was launched in February, lays the foundation for revitalization of domestic blockchain games, and more than 100 domestic game companies are gathering to develop a domestic standard model to realize the game item NFT (Non-Fungible Token).
