ISMS certification is a system that examines the suitability of the information protection management system established, managed, and operated by a company to protect major information assets according to certification standards. ISMS certification is one of the requirements for reporting a virtual asset business entity under the Special Fund Act along with an anti-money laundering (AML) system and real-name verification account, and virtual asset business operators who do not meet these requirements will no longer be able to operate after the enforcement of the Special Fund Act. .
Poblegate is known to have prepared the exchange in consideration of the amendment to the Special Provisions Act since its inception.
