English Premier League Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club will launch Fan Token in a new partnership with Turkish blockchain platform Bitci Technology, Cointelegraph reported.

According to Bitsea, Turkish blockchain experts will develop Wolves’ fan token on Bitseachain. Wolves’ fan token will be listed first on Bitsi’s native cryptocurrency exchange, followed by other exchanges around the world.

Under the agreement, the Beatsey logo will appear on the Molineux screens at Wolves’ historic stadium from the 2021-2022 season, and will be engraved on the Wolves team’s jersey. One of the original teams of the English Football League, the Wolves have played at Molinus Stadium since 1889.

Wolves spokesperson Russel Jones said of the partnership, “We are looking forward to exploring fan token options, which will be another way to attract fans from the UK and abroad.”

Bitsea Technology is well known as a Fan Token affiliate for various sports teams. Recently, it became an official fan token partner for the Formula One team McLaren Racing and the Turkish national basketball team.

The Spanish national football team also partnered with Bitci to launch a fan token. The company is also the official trouser logo sponsor for the Rangers Football Club.
