My name is Shi Hyun Lee, I am the CIO at GoldenBlock.
GoldenBlock introduced blockchain technology into the global real estate market. It is a project that provides solutions for transparent real estate investments and transactions.
The project has issued the current token on Ethereum Mainnet and will be listed on the global exchange Hotbit on August 30.
2. What can users do on the GoldenBlock platform?
Now we are working hard to develop the GoldenBlock platform. The platform will be completed in the fall.
Users can make distributed investments by mixing points and tokens within the GoldenBlock platform. Investment is safer because tokens can be utilized. Because all transactions are recorded in Smart Contract, transactions of nodes in public and private blockchain can be made transparent, partially public and partially private. Sensitive information such as personal information is very safe.
3. What advantages do you offer in purchasing your token in advance?
We expect our token price to rise when the platform is released. Therefore, I expect that those who purchase tokens in advance will probably find it more convenient to use the platform or invest in.
GoldenBlock will also support the Staking system. If you have had a token for a long time, you can get that much benefit from it.
4. You mentioned, “staking”. Does that mean GoldenBlock is a Defi platform?
The GoldenBlock project is not a Defi platform. The longer you deposit tokens, the more economic benefits the Defi platform brings. It’s a system that can replace the bank’s instalment savings system. However, the GoldenBlock platform does not give more tokens to those who hold a lot of tokens for a long time. Instead, we plan to show better real estate products. You’ll be able to use GoldenBlock tokens a lot, and you’ll be able to make more investments and invest in products of higher quality.
5. What is your target market?
Our main target will of course be the property market. Customers interested in investing in real estate will be the most important targets. However, those who do brokerage in the real estate industry will also be our main customers. Not only do we serve investors, but we also try to provide excellent services to brokers.
6. The industry you are in is big. What is your primary target country for the business?
For now, we will start a business in Korea. However, everyone in the world as well as Korea can use the GoldenBlock platform. This is the advantage of the blockchain platform. You can communicate with one platform without having to write paper documents, make phone calls, and use faxes. In a distributed system, anyone can participate in investments and invest in products from all over the world, regardless of country. Transactions are also possible with people from all over the world, regardless of country.
7. How big is your community now?
GoldenBlock already has a partnership with a famous real estate company. GoldenBlock’s management team also has a very long history in the real estate market and a good understanding of the real estate market. The real estate business we are doing now has a very large community in Korea, and we aim to secure at least 50,000 people in the blockchain sector this year.
8. What is your future roadmap?
First of all, completing the platform is the top priority. Once completed, we need to gather users and list our token on the global exchange again.
