Are the drinks free-of-charge?

No, this is a self-paid event. The Gong offers great happy hour rates. 

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age to enter the event, but if you intend to drink, the legal drinking age in Singapore is 18.
