According to the report on the 21st (local time), Valkyrie said, “The Valkyrie Bitcoin Strategy ETF is finally implemented and will start trading in BTF on the Nasdaq from the 22nd.”
The launch follows the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission granting effectiveness to the Valkyrie Bitcoin Strategy ETF on the 3rd.
“The launch of Valkyrie’s Bitcoin Futures ETF marks an important milestone in the relationship between the cryptocurrency industry and US regulators,” said Leah Wald, CEO of Valkyrie Fund. “Because it’s more of a confirmation that we want to work with the industry to regulate crypto assets rather than banning them.”
He added, “I hope to increase awareness and bring more products to market so that more products can be brought to market. Of course, there are other applications for similar products, and it would make sense to come to market.”
