Signed a strategic partnership with Dunamu

On the 4th, Hive announced through a public announcement that it would enter into the NFT business through a strategic partnership with Dunamu (CEO Lee Seok-woo). It is reported that Dunamu will invest 700 billion won in Hive through a third-party capital increase, and at the same time, Hive will invest about 500 billion won in Dunamu in the same way.
Hive will acquire 2.48% of Dunamu stock through this equity investment.
Hive and Dunamu plan to establish a joint corporation to jointly promote a new fandom-based business that combines artist IP and NFT.
