1) Good evening. Welcome to the Asian blockchain community. Can you tell us more about you and your core team?

Sure. My name is Gabe.

I have well over a decade of hands-on experience in web application development and IT management. I currently serve as Partner for Innovation at Ignite Innovators, a Seoul-based startup accelerator. In addition to his role at Ignite, I continue to develop web applications as a freelancer. Since 2013, I have been a highly active and well-connected member of the Seoul startup community.

From 2018 to 2019, I served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Biock, a Korean company that combines Blockchain with biotech to create a patient-centred biomedical data ecosystem During his time at Biock, I contributed to the invention of a patented program for creating a biomedical records database and is registered as a co-inventor (Link). I led the development of the company’s initial product: a desktop application and web-based service for clinical trial management (EDC).

I am also the CEO and Co-founder of Tourbrat, a Korean company that develops an event planning and ticketing platform. Tourbrat resided at Seoul Global Startup Center, a Seoul city government-funded incubator, where my fellow entrepreneurs elected me to represent the resident companies on the Resident Advisory Board.

From 2013 until 2015, I developed the world’s first crowdfunding platform for K-pop concerts. Five North American concerts were successfully crowdfunded using the web application during my time there.

I was the owner of Machinimart, an American LLC from 2010 until 2013. Machinimart was a third party web development company. At Machinimart, I oversaw the development of educational online games and web applications. I developed products for schools and hospitals in the United States, Turkey and Israel.

From 2007 until 2010, I was the Chief Technology Officer at Timeless Cities, Inc, an American/Israeli stock corporation based in Silicon Valley. At Timeless Cities, Gabe oversaw the development of an online virtual world consisting of 3D renditions of historical locations such as Jerusalem and Krakow where users could explore the digital environments with fully customizable avatars.

We are a diverse team of 80 people from multiple countries, mainly, Korea, Singapore, Japan and China. Our team is made up of blockchain and gaming experts, for example:
Our development team leader is from Byte Dance, known for TikTok, with experience working on major projects.

The design team leader is from Tencent with the team having experience from several gaming companies. Most of the designs are made in Japan and China.

The blockchain development team is experienced with a history of participating in blockchain development projects.

The marketing and community management team is also experienced, they ran marketing for a number of blockchain projects.

2) What is ‘Fantasy of the Three Kingdoms’? What’s special about your game?

There are many P2E games, and some of them are good. To set us apart from the rest, what we decided to make our strength is our high-quality illustrations and a well-organized ecosystem.

We implemented LIVE2D technology so that users can grow an attachment to our characters, and we plan to prepare several skins for the characters to create a dynamic and growth feature.

We are also introducing the concept of war and tax to create a nonstop game that is constantly in action. For example, in order to protect their resources, users can form alliances and expand their territory.

3) Please also guide us about your token economics, allocation and structure.

Our in-game currency is called Golden Coin (GC) and our governance token is called Fantasy Three Kingdoms Shards (FTKS)

You can find our token allocation and vesting on our whitepaper. The vesting period is 5 years, and about half of the total tokens are set for staking rewards.

4) How will your tokenomics stands out from your competitor?

Our Toknomics is based on the relationship between the in-game token GC and the governance token FTKS. By staking FTKS you get GC, the in-game currency, and by staking GC you get FTKS.

GC is continuously used throughout the game, it is used to strengthen characters and purchase resources. Also, since the game features war and taxe components, recovery items will be purchased with GC to recover the stamina drained during the war. These use cases provide utility to GC. Users who want to expand their authority can expand the land they occupied by using GC.

Users can earn GC by completing quests. This further grows the in-game experience and overall game ecosystem.

We have focused a lot on the usability of our tokens. Other P2E tokens and games lack the ecosystem around the tokens and mainly rely on a continuous sale model. Eventually, this causes inflation and makes it difficult to increase the price.

5) You can also acquire generals in the game. How many types are there?

We are starting with 24 generals, and we will continue to add more. By adding more and more general we hope to increase the IP or value of our game and Three Kingdoms.

6) Land is another NFT in the game. What do you offer about ownership? What cities can be built on conquered lands?

The land is important because users can get resources from lands they bought or conquered. They can also increase the resource output by constructing buildings on their land. These resources are used to upgrade generals, weapons, and vehicles in the game, and users will purchase these resources with GC.

7) I love your game logic so far. What are your marketing plans for the next three months?

We are currently meeting with multiple VCs that have a strong presence in this space. We will gradually increase the number of partners, and we are thinking of marketing in Southeast Asia through our scholarship program.

We have already partnered with Korean media, we will exhibit our illustrations in galleries in Japan, and announce partnerships with communities of various illustrators and cartoonists for further game development.

8) How far along are you in development, can you give us an update on your roadmap?

We started side-chain development in June and expect it to be finished in March 2022, also started on game development in August and expect it to be finished in Q4 2022. Recently, we have finished developing the NFT based blind box system, and we are developing our own marketplace which we expect to open in February.

9) When do you do IDO? Where will you be? Please give me a preview.

We are planning our IDO for early February 2022. And we are preparing to participate in various launchpads.

10) Before moving on to the next part, is there anything else you would like to share? And give us inspirational quotes. We want to hear from successful individuals like you.

Just like the core idea of blockchain, we believe in cross borders or no borders. Our team consists of people from multiple different countries, and while sometimes this makes communication tough, the benefit is that we are able to get feedback and opinions from multiple different cultures. We believe this is what sets us apart from other games. Our ability to create something that is enjoyed and appreciated across multiple different cultures, and countries.

We hope to make Fantasy 3K a game enjoyed by all!
