TRON is up 2.27% to $0.320 in 24 hours and is rising against a falling broader market. The move is primarily driven by strong fundamental growth highlighted in a Q3 2026 report and by supportive on-chain capital flows. This combination has helped TRON stand out even as much of the market trades under pressure.
The strongest fundamental driver came from a Token Terminal report for Q3 2026 published on November 2. The report showed TRON overtaking Ethereum in average USDT supply, with $90.75 billion versus $87.73 billion. It also showed record stablecoin balances and holder addresses. This data underscores the network’s growing utility as a settlement layer and gives investors a fundamental basis for confidence, suggesting the move is supported by real ecosystem growth rather than speculation alone.
Capital flows added further support. On-chain flow data from November 2 showed TRX had $13.22 million in net inflows, ranking it among the top five assets. At the same time, analysis of the Binance hack identified Tron as the main laundering route. While the hack was a market-wide negative, this paradoxically highlights the network’s high throughput and may have limited sell-side pressure as stolen stablecoins were frozen or bridged out. Capital moved into TRX while its ecosystem demonstrated critical, if controversial, utility during a market stress test.
Technically, TRON is testing the 161.8% Fibonacci extension level near $0.324. Its 7-day RSI of 78 signals overbought conditions, which typically precede a consolidation or pullback. The immediate support zone is $0.316, the 50% Fibonacci retracement. The short-term bias is cautiously bullish, but it requires a hold above $0.316. The overbought reading suggests the next likely move is a brief cooldown before another attempt higher.
Traders are watching two key levels. A daily close above $0.324 could target the $0.327 extension. A break below $0.316 could signal a deeper correction toward the $0.313 support. Continued growth in stablecoin supply and transaction metrics would help confirm the fundamental trend.
The market outlook is bullish momentum with overbought risk. TRON’s rise is anchored in solid quarterly fundamentals and inflows, which sets it apart from the broader market downturn. However, overbought technicals indicate the rally is mature. The key watch is whether TRON can hold the $0.316 support after its RSI cools from overbought territory, or whether profit-taking will trigger a deeper correction.
