On March 23, 2018, while arguing with co-worker B at an office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Mr. A is accused of threatening, saying, “I have a video of your sex on my cell phone, and I will inform my husband and son.
However, there was no video on Mr. A’s cell phone, and all the stories about Mr. B were found to be false.
It turns out that A committed this crime when he asked B to give him the password of the cryptocurrency e-wallet where the company’s funds were stored, but was refused.
In addition, on September 12 of the same year, Mr. A is also accused of throwing a fire extinguisher at Mr. C, who was standing in the hallway of the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, injuring two weeks before the war.
It was investigated that A was dissatisfied when C made a statement against him at trial.
Judge Lee pointed out, “Mr. A denies all the details, circumstances, and frequency of the crime, and does not reflect at all,” and pointed out that “the victims are suffering a lot mentally.”
