Companies attending will also have a chance to make a pledge to be gender inclusive. We will then follow up with these companies with tangible steps and goals they can make to achieve this. Upon successfully completing these tasks you will listed on our site and will receive a certificate of Gender Inclusion.
We will have a 30 minute panel discussion, followed by interactive discussion tables where you can speak directly to our specialists to find out how you can create an inclusive, equal workplace.
Covering inclusion for Mental Health we have Dr. Krzysztof Potempa is the Founder and CEO of BRAINCURES an award-winning company dedicated to the prevention and treatment of mental health diseases that affect at least 1 in 10 people worldwide. He has worked in industry and academia for the last 20 years and now advocates for the creation of a healthier workplaces and more patient-centric health systems.
Covering Transgender inclusion we have Joanne Lockwood is a leading authority on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. She specialises in promoting transgender awareness and support to businesses and organisations throughout the UK, Europe and elsewhere. As an International Keynote Conference speaker, Joanne delivers workshops, seminars, and engages with organisations to develop policy & best practises to be more inclusive for all people. Challenging Biases and helping them to develop a Vision and Strategy for Conscious Inclusion.
Covering working mothers / renturners to work, we have Celine Crawford, who as well as being an Experienced Executive Team Leader and Chief Communications Officer, is also a working mother. Celine has a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Services/Banking and Tech industries. Strong management professional skilled in Public/Investor Relations, Fundraising, Mentoring, HR and Talent, Planning/Events and Operations.
Moderating the Panel and heading up the pledge, we have CEO and Founder of @womenoffintech and DiversiTech Hub, Gemma Young.
