Blockcast.cc：Hi, Tyler, welcome to Blockcast.cc! Great to have you and your team here! First of all, can you introduce yourself?
Tyler: 大家好，我是吴冠黎，BHEX全球总经理。毕业于美国UIC MBA，具有多年海外工作和连续成功创业经验。2008-2011年任职卡巴斯基。硕士毕业后在美创业，经历过在线教育、互联网医疗、企业教练等多个项目。后加入火币，以总裁助理身份开启火币全球业务，任火币全球站总经理，是火币出海的第一人。任职期间，从0到1启动韩国、新加坡业务，成功开拓越南市场和其他本地化市场。
Tyler: Hi, my name is Tyler Wu, BHEX Global Managing Director. I graduated MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago, USA. I have entrepreneurial experience from Los Angeles to China on online education, Internet healthcare, and enterprise coaching. I also worked for Kaspersky in 2008 – 2011. After that, I joined Huobi as Assistant President and started Huobi Global Expansion as Global Managing Director. I was the first one stepped out for Huobi Global Expansion, successfully established Huobi Korea, Huobi Singapore and other localization business from scratch.

Blockcast.cc：Can you tell us more about BHEX? What is the main goal of your project?
Tyler: BHEX（中文名：币核）是一个去中心化且开放的数字资产交易平台，2018年12月上线。由火币网前CTO巨建华创办，底层由Bluehelix去中心化资产托管清算技术支撑，为用户提供币币交易以及法币交易。主要目标是通过解决加密资产在流通和存储环节的中心化不透明的信任问题，通过全球清算成员共同建立的blue helix托管链实现安全、公开、透明的服务。同时BHEX交易所具备百万级交易并发的高性能，并提供虚拟券商功能和BHOP开放平台，服务于商业伙伴和终端用户。
Tyler: BHEX is a decentralized and open digital asset trading platform, launched in December 2018. Founded by CTO Jianhua Ju, the former CTO of Huobi. The bottom layer is supported by Bluehelix decentralized asset custody and clearing technology which provide users with currency transactions and fiat currency transactions. The main goal is to achieve secure, open and transparent services through the Bluehelix escrow chain jointly established by global clearing members by addressing the problem of centralized untrust in the circulation and storage of cryptocurrency assets. At the same time, BHEX Exchange has the high performance of millions of concurrent transactions and provides virtual broker functions and BHOP open platform for business partners and end users.

Blockcast.cc：What is your view on the current cryptocurrency market?
Tyler: 今年是比特币诞生的第十年，回顾这十年，机会不断，争议也不断。眼下，数字货币行业深处低谷，却正是区块链整顿队伍的好时机。让投机者彻底出局，把区块链底层技术完善好，为真正做事的人打好基础，吸引更多主流的创业者进来。
区块链曾被《经济学人》定义为“信任的机器”，它为世界描绘了这样一个未来：主宰商业的不再是巨头公司，而是由公众共同达成的约定和规则，它们以代码的形式存在，如果你想要更改规则，就必须争取到大部分人的同意。这样的未来，需要所有从业者共同努力。
Tyler: This year is the tenth year of the birth of Bitcoin. Looking back on this decade, opportunities are constant as well as controversy. At the moment, the digital currency industry is in a deep valley, but it is a good time for the blockchain to rectify the team. Let the speculators go out completely, improve the underlying technology of the blockchain, lay a good foundation for those who really do things, and attract more mainstream entrepreneurs to this market.
The blockchain was once defined by the Economist as a “machine of trust”, which portrays the future of the world: the dominance of business is no longer a giant company, but the agreement and rules agreed by the public. They exist as codes and if you want to change the rules, you must win the consent of most people. Such a future requires the joint efforts of all practitioners.
