Blockcast.cc：Hi, Kai, welcome to Blockcast.cc! Great to have you and your team here! First of all, can you introduce yourself?
Kai: 嗨，大家好，我是文凯，美国斯坦福大学电子工程系博士。2012—2015年在美国Google任职，负责YouTube移动端广告的工程和优化，经历了移动广告的爆发。2015年回国从事可穿戴设备和人工智能创业，产品服务于世界五百强企业以及各级政府公共机构。2018年与Google的同事探索和创办了人工智能和区块链结合的项目，负责技术架构和区块链共识机制。
Kai: Hi, Im Kai Wen, vice President of Bluehelix Technology. I graduated from Stanford University with Ph.D in quantum cryptography, information theory, and optimization algorithms. In 2012 – 2015, worked for Google in the United States and was responsible for the engineering and optimization of YouTube mobile advertising, I went through the outbreak of mobile advertising. In 2015, I returned to China to engage in wearable devices and artificial intelligence entrepreneurship. The products service the world’s top 500 companies and governmental institutions at all levels. In 2018, I collaborated with Google’s colleagues on a project involving artificial intelligence and blockchain and was responsible for technical architecture and blockchain consensus mechanisms.

Blockcast.cc：Can you tell us more about BHEX? What is the main goal of your project?
Kai: BHEX（中文名：币核）是一个去中心化且开放的数字资产交易平台，2018年12月上线。由火币网前CTO巨建华创办，底层由Bluehelix去中心化资产托管清算技术支撑，为用户提供币币交易以及法币交易。主要目标是通过解决加密资产在流通和存储环节的中心化不透明的信任问题，通过全球清算成员共同建立的blue helix托管链实现安全、公开、透明的服务。同时BHEX交易所具备百万级交易并发的高性能，并提供虚拟券商功能和BHOP开放平台，服务于商业伙伴和终端用户。
Kai: BHEX is a decentralized and open digital asset trading platform, launched in December 2018. Founded by CTO Jianhua Ju, the former CTO of Huobi. The bottom layer is supported by Bluehelix decentralized asset custody and clearing technology which provide users with currency transactions and fiat currency transactions. The main goal is to achieve secure, open and transparent services through the Bluehelix escrow chain jointly established by global clearing members by addressing the problem of centralized untrust in the circulation and storage of cryptocurrency assets. At the same time, BHEX Exchange has the high performance of millions of concurrent transactions and provides virtual broker functions and BHOP open platform for business partners and end users.

Blockcast.cc：What is your view on the current cryptocurrency market?
Kai: 信任是区块链生态的基石。现阶段市场数字资产平台缺乏足够的透明度和监管，也没有足够的措施来防止操纵情况发生，同时也没有可靠的安全托管。这些关键的信任问题都是我们致力于通过去中心化的托管清算技术解决。通过Bluehelix提供的信任，使得越来越多的投资者可以参与进来，做大整个区块链生态的市场。
Kai: Trust is the foundation of the blockchain ecosystem. In the current market, the platforms for digital assets lack of enough transparency or supervision. There are not enough measures to prevent market manipulation or provide secure and reliable custody. These are the key trust problems we are dedicated to solve by decentralized custody and clearing technology. We believe that the trust built by Bluehelix will enable more and more investors to join and grow the entire blockchain ecosystem.

在数字资产领域，起起伏伏是非常正常的，要善于在寒冬中寻找机会，以太坊也是在上一轮市场寒冬中诞生的。市场寒冬正是“整顿洗牌”的好时机：把和投机者彻底清理出去，引导更多愿意钻研技术、认真做事的团队加入行业，区块链行业才能够健康、持续地发展。
In digital assets market, it is fairly normal to go up and down. We need to be viligent to search for real chances in the winter. For example, Ethereum was born in the last winter. The winter is the right time to reshuffle the market: the speculators are totally washed out, while only the hard-working and tech-oriented teams can stand out. Only in this way can the blockchain industry grow healthily and sustainably.
